Now compliant with the latest EU REACH regulations. Ralf Nonnweiler Smooth Finish contains less pigment than Panthera Ink’s Smooth Blending and is used for the final stage of your tattoo. Using this ink enables you to completely saturate even the lightest areas of the tattoo you may have previously left untouched. Plus, when the tattoo heals, the area you saturated with Smooth Finish will remain in the skin.
