About Koshihimo Included in your set are two white Koshihimo, essential for achieving the perfect fit and silhouette (photo 3). Koshihimo is a long thin fabric to hold Kimono in place by tying firmly. The first Koshihimo is used to adjust the bottom part including the length of the Yukata and make ‘Ohashori'(photo 4). The second Koshihimo is used to arrange the chest area (photo 4). These two Koshihimos would be hidden under the Obi when you wear it. The Obi will then be tied above the Koshihimo.
