Directions for use: Use only 1 or 2 pumps per application, avoid spraying for 3 hours after any salt water cleansing. Over-application may cause skin irritation. INTERNALLY: Spray/rinse after meals, no more than 4 times per day. Do not swallow. EXTERNALLY: Spray one pump in pierced area 1 to 2 times per day.
