Daikon Oroshi is a Japanese grated radish and it is an essential fresh condiment in Japanese cuisine. You can add Ponzu OR Soy sauce with Rice vinegar (1:2) and it becomes delicious topping for white rice, meat and fish. It is also a game changer ingredient to enhance the flavor, so add to your Soba or Udon noodle too! There are plastic radish grater available on the market but we chose this dish made of ceramics. You can also use it to grate carrots, apple and Japanese yam. Turnips (Gidra) are also good to grate finely!
