Description Matcha Refill – Ceremonial Grade – Miyabi Ceremonial grade – Japanese Matcha Green Tea powder in a tin bag WITHOUT a tea tin Content: 30 g The cultivar: Saemidori and Okumidori Instructions: Sift the Matcha Green Tea powder in an empty Matcha bowl before adding hot water. For a hot drink: Put 1/2 a teaspoon  (equivalent to 2 scoops if a bamboo scoop is used) of Matcha Green Tea powder in a Matcha bowl, add hot water equivalent to 1/3 of your Matcha bowl (80 degrees) and whisk for 1 minute by using a bamboo whisk.  Add more hot water according to your liking. For a cold drink: Put 1/2 a teaspoon Matcha Green tea powder in a glass, add hot water equivalent to 1/3 of your cup (ideally 80 degrees) and whisk for 1 minute by using a bamboo whisk or fork.  Then add cold water and some ice.  Adjust the amount of water according to your liking.   Easiest way to make Cold Matcha:  Add 1/2 a teaspoon of Matcha in a water bottle or in a clean jar.  Add small amount of cold water (around 80ml), close the lid and shake it well until the lumps disappear.  Add more cold water or milk according to your liking.   Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.   Avoid humidity, heat and direct sunlight.
